Guntur Kaaram Movie Analysis:

Among the tier-one heroes of the Telugu film industry, Superstar Mahesh Babu has a separate image. When he made mass films, industry records came and went. Directors have forgotten to show such a hero as Macy in recent times. Due to this, all the fans have set a lot of expectations on the Guntur Karam movie. All promotional videos like Teaser, Trailer, Kurchi Madatha Petti Song were released in Guntur Karam Pakka Mass Masala style. But.., actually, there are no heavy mass elements in the movie. If a mass hero like Mahesh Babu is in a pure Telugu serial, what will the output be like? Guntur Karam movie was made like that. It can be said unabashedly that this is the damage caused by the weakest story ever to come from Guruji's pen. Emotions have a big place in Trivikram's movies. Otherwise.. it would be really naive to think that you can repeat that magic every time with the same kind of stories.

The way Trivikram's story is opened by touching the conflict point in a lighter vein is good. From there, the entry of Ramana's characterization gives the feeling that Gunturu Karam took off brilliantly. However.., from there the story moves slowly without moving forward, establishing Ramana's characterization.. with disjointed sequences and a boring screenplay Another minus is that the love track without real emotion in this gap is visible to the eyes of the audience, but it does not touch the heart even in a single scene.

The audience who waits for the emotions that are missed in the first half will be highlighted in the second half and must be patient. Especially, each sequence lasts for 10 to 12 minutes and makes you feel like you are watching a serial everywhere. Even though it is a comedy workout due to Ramana's characterization here and there, this movie without story and narrative could not be taken to another level. Whenever Ramyakrishna's character gains weight, Gunturu Karam seems to be on the right track. But, Guntur Karam is completely wasted due to the damage that should have already been done and the climax which did not give any next-level experience.

Actors Performance:

Mahesh Babu believed in Guntur Karam movie and director Trivikram two hundred percent and He acted with the belief that he was acting in a pure mass masala movie to satisfy the hunger of his fans. Especially Mahesh's dialogue delivery, energy, look, and acting in Guntur slang are unmatchable. Just because Mahesh did full justice to Ramana's character, Guntur was spicy. after Mahesh, we had to talk about Vennala Kishore's character in this movie, Both of them struggled a lot to survive the film. Actors like Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Ishwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, and Sunil could not shine. Ramyakrishna's role, which is very important in the story, has no real screen space. As a heroine, Srileela's glamor and dances are a plus.. but she has nothing to do with the story. Another heroine Meenakshi Chaudhary does not even have that scope.

Technical Department:

Manoj Paramahamsa's cinematography is a plus for Trivikram's movies. But.., this time why that magic is missing. And the surprising thing is that even though PS Vinod also worked.. the Grandeur was not seen. And the less we talk about Naveen Nooli's editing, the better. In terms of songs, Thaman was just okay, BGM was a hit, but the scenes were not strong enough. Last but not least Guruji Trivikram Srinivas. He failed as a writer in the case of Guntur Karam. His pen power was nowhere to be seen. This effect fell on all other crafts. Finally on Guruji's direction too. There is nothing to highlight in terms of production values.
