Saripodhaa Sanivaaram Movie Review: Directed by Vivek Athreya, this movie stars Priyanka Mohanan as the heroine. Produced by DVV Danayya, the movie was released in theaters on Thursday (August 29) in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Saripodhaa Sanivaaram raised expectations with visuals like a teaser and trailer. Let's see how much it lived up to those expectations in the full review.
Movie Story:
Surya (Nani) from Sokulapuram village has been very angry since childhood. Surya lost his mother (Abhirami) to cancer when he was young. However, before his mother dies, Surya promises to show his anger only one day a week to reduce his anger. Accordingly, he keeps it a secret for the rest of the week and takes it out on Saturday. In this way, he teaches many people who have made mistakes a lesson on Saturdays. At such a time, Surya meets Charulatha (Priyanka Mohan) in a fight. He falls in love with her at first sight. However, she does not like violence at all. However, after falling in love with Surya, a shocking incident unexpectedly occurs when she tries to tell her about her Saturday secret.

Analysis:
What is the storyline of this film? The film unit has been saying this since the first day of promotions. Similarly, Nani also said everything we had to say in the promotional content. Now, we tried to prepare the audience with a kind of mindset, as if you just come to the theaters and enjoy. Coming out of his typical comfort zone, director Vivek Athreya has made the movie Saripoda Shanivaram with a unique storyline. In this, Nani appears in a mass avatar, completely different from his previous films. Vivek Athreya has shown that Nani is a superb mass figure with the teaser and trailer, which is a bold design of SJ Surya's villainy.
Director Vivek Athreya has made a good point. Adding mother sentiment... the design as an action drama is also good. In this action drama, the way the characters are developed with humor and a fun backdrop is a positive thing that connects with the audience. Also, the regular story of a hero... heroine standing up for the people of an area has been shown in a new way with the points of mother's emotion and showing her anger only on Saturday. However, Vivek Athreya has shown the screenplay in his own style by dividing the story of the film into some sections like a novel.
Actors Performance:
Nani tried to establish the character of Surya and brought up things like what is his Saturday secret? Why did he have to limit his anger to Saturday only? In a very convincing way, he tried to bring things to the audience. Similarly, the director succeeded in establishing the character of CI Daya, who is the pinnacle of stupidity and the embodiment of sadism, in the first part and making the story of how the two of them actually start to fight very interesting. Now, with the introduction of Charulata, love, and Dayanand entering the fight, it can be said that the story has become juicy. With the twist approaching the interval, it is good that the interest in the second half increases.
In the second half, he took the action drama to its peak. However, it seems that if the scope of romance in that drama had been increased, there would have been some relief. The coffee and tea scene, the action episode in the pub, and some sentimental scenes are the plus points of this movie. No one would have expected a movie like this to come out under the director's direction compared to his previous movies. But he tried to impress the audience with such a movie and almost succeeded. Moreover, while entertaining, the director engaged the audience to a large extent with intense drama. The only problem with 'Saripodha Savannah' is that the movie runs for 2 hours and 54 minutes without any songs, making it feel a bit stretched. Overall, there is no doubt that this movie is entertaining for the audience.
