The series will be produced by Skydance Television and Down Home. Well-known Yellowstone actor Tim McGraw is preparing to ride across the Netflix screen with a new untitled drama series, announced during Netflix's Upfront presentation.
The series starring the famous Yellowstone actor, still untitled, is written and created by Brandon Camp, who will also act as executive producer together with Taylor Elmore. Set in the competitive and ferocious world of bull riding, the plot follows a megastar champion, played by Tim McGraw, who is faced with a life-or-death choice when confronted with the arrival of a fearless young rider. The young man's presence tests his ways and brings to light secrets that force him to deal with his past.
The series will be produced by Skydance Television and Down Home. Executive producers include Tim McGraw, Tim Staples, Brian Kaplan, and Joel Bergvall for Down Home, along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell. Despite not revealing much about it, Netflix promised viewers a compelling and engaging story, set in the exciting and dangerous world of bull riding. With Tim McGraw, who we have already seen in Yellowstone, in the protagonist role, we can only expect an excellent result.
