Mathu Vadalara 2 Movie Review: The youth has not forgotten the movie 'Mattu Vadalara' that came out in 2019 with Sri Simha as the protagonist. This movie, which came out in the comedy thriller genre, got a good response from the audience. A sequel was made for such a movie. This movie came to theaters today as 'Mattu Vadalara 2'. Vennela Kishore .. Satya .. Faria Abdullah .. Ajay .. Rohini played important roles in this movie. Let's see how this movie is now.
Story:
Babu Mohan (Sri Simha) and Yesudas (Satya) join the He Team (Head of Emergency) as agents. Michael (Sunil) Saxena (Raja) and Nidhi (Faria Abdullah) work in the same batch. Deepa (Rohini) acts as the boss of all of them. Babu Mohan - Yesudas work together as a team. Both of them are also confessing to kidnapping cases. They are protecting the kidnapped and catching the kidnappers. However, they are squeezing some of the money.
Meanwhile, in the city, Akash (Ajay) is continuing his illegal activities involving drugs. He runs a lodge and blackmails young women by installing cameras in the bedrooms. Youth star 'Yuva' (Vennela Kishore) often goes to the 'Karma Hub' he runs. He has a huge following among the youth. It is against this backdrop that 'Riya', the daughter of a wealthy and powerful Damini, is kidnapped. Babu Mohan and Yesudas confess to the case without their boss knowing.
Since it is a kidnapping involving 2 crore rupees, both of them enter the field thinking that they can squeeze some of it. However, at the last minute, the kidnapper and the kidnapped both disappear. Babu Mohan - Yesudas are confused. Then the real Damini comes to the 'He Team' office and complains that her daughter has been kidnapped.
Babu Mohan-Yesudas are shocked to know that Damini, who met them earlier, is a fictional character and that the entire kidnapping was a drama. They do not understand why this drama was played out. Now the real Damini is in front of their eyes. Her daughter 'Riya' has really been kidnapped. They want to save the girl. In the meantime, a video is shared with Deepa. It is a video of Babu Mohan - Yesudas kidnapping 'Riya'.
Seeing it, Damini immediately tells Deepa to catch the two. With that, the two run towards the car to escape, but are horrified to see Riya's dead body inside. Who will kill Riya? How were Babu Mohan-Yesudas dragged into that case? What is the relationship between Akash Ki.. Youth Star Yuva? What turns will this murder case take? That is the rest of the story.
Analysis:
The hero who only wants.. longs for money.. Both his friend and his friend are also caught in a murder case. Who are the reasons for that murder? What is the reason for implicating the hero.. his friend? What is the strategy they have devised for that? That is the story. This is a film made in the crime thriller genre. It continues with a touch of comedy from the beginning to the end.
We should not take this story seriously.. We should not look for logic. This is content that goes on with fun and laughter. It keeps laughing from the beginning to the end. Interval bang.. Climax, both of these take this story to the next level. Even though the hero is Sri Simha, the audience's attention is all on Satya. This can be said to be a good role he has had in recent times. He made me laugh with non-stop comedy.
Even though there is shooting on one side in the climax, it is good to squeeze comedy through Satya's character. On one side, Sunil .. and on the other side, Vennela Kishore is in the scene, but Satya is out in terms of comedy. Faria shines a little thinly and delicately. Kaalbhairava's background music is the main strength. Suresh Sarangam's camera work .. Karthik Srinivas's editing is okay. The dialogues are good .. especially those written for Satya's character.
There is no love .. romance .. duets .. emotions in this story. Everything that is seen is comedy. The director has told this story very neatly. With fewer characters .. he has provided enough comedy in limited locations. This content keeps the audience glued to the comedy with twists and turns. This is a fun movie to watch with the family if you want to laugh for a while.
