It was the same movie (Kabiri Singh and Arjun Reddy) but, in the minds of movie lovers, Sandeep Reddy's Vanga created a stir. Not only discussing about a movie.. Debates were also held across the country. If a film is coming from the director of such a film after almost four years... you can imagine the range of expectations in the audience. And.. Animal Story:
It is a very simple story. There is no confusions or secrets anywhere. It is a complete love story, But this is not so called love between a boy and a girl, The entire movie is a pure love story between a father and son. Ran Vijay Singh Balbir (Ranbir Kapoor) is the son who loves his father Balbir Singh (Anil Kapoor) so much. The father is busy with business, work, and empire without a moment's rest, There is no time to ask what the son is studying and where he is studying. But, the son is completely different, When he mentions his father's name, he does not even look at what he is doing, where he is, in what situation hi is, He goes running. And when will the father know his son's love? How did hi know? is he really knows or not? this is the story. Sandeep Reddy Vanga brought to the audience a complete love story with some layers like love, marriage, kids, enemy, struggles and revenge.
Analysis:
As long as you watch this movie, you will go into Sandeep's world. it seems how to show a scene is like an audience, imagining the movie in his mind and then it is screened. There is a possibility that you will go to this movie imagining an Arjun Reddy movie. Actually 'Arjun Reddy' is only a trailer for Sandeep's 'Vision'. But, it must be said that Animal is Sandeep Reddy's universe. You can almost sit on the edge of your seat while watching the movie. Without letting the attention of the audience go anywhere, he will tie you in the theater for 3 hours 21 minutes 23 seconds and 16 frames. You will see a perfection in every scene. He has written the story very well. He directed it in such a strict manner. From the opening scene of the movie to the end titles and the screen off, the movie has been screened without falling short of your expectations.
This movie will be as you understand.. But, there will be a twist at the end. Ther is a comparison between 'Animal' and 'Arjun Reddy' movies. That is Sandeep Reddy Vanga's hero characterization seems similar. Just like Arjun Reddy Deshmukh, Ran Vijay Singh Balbir also has all the emotions extreme. Love, pain, happiness, anger, resentment are all high. They showed how all those emotions connect with the audience. The fact that a son can do anything out of love for his father has been shown in a way that convinces everyone. But it is not only love and father-son bond. Also the dialogues in this movie will impress you. This love story will have some action scenes to entertain you. Especially the hotel fight sequence highlighted in the trailer will make everyone watch. Every emotion has been touched in this movie. It was also presented in a perfect way.
Actors Performance:
Ranbir Kapoor is a big asset for this movie. If you watch the movie, you will understand why Sandeep has so much faith in Ranbir. Ranbir Kapoor delivered every emotion in it perfectly. He gave his hundred percent in all the scenes like comedy, action, love and revenge. After Ranbir, we have to talk about Anil Kapoor. Now we don't need to give a certificate about his performance. But, it must be said that he is convinced in the role of a father. Next, you will remember the character Geetanjali (Rashmika) who loves her husband like an animal and Rashmika Mandanna impressed. And Bobby Deol, as always, impresses in the role of the villain. There will be many more characters in this movie. Especially Ranbir Kapoor's body guards around him (Vijay doesn't like that. They are his older brothers) are pleasing to everyone. All acted to the extent of the roles and pleased the audience.
Technical Work:
Ranbir Kapoor is the hero of this film, but Sandeep Reddy is roaming around in the minds of the audience. Sandeep's handling of every emotion leaves everyone spellbound. Even though he knew that the movie would get an A certificate depending on the conditions and limitations of the movie, he made the movie he wanted without compromising anywhere. After the director of this movie, the music director is the back bone. The songs are very simple and entertain the audience. Punjabi music and songs come in some action sequences. They give you goosebumps even if you don't mean it. And the BGM is next level. The background score given by Harshvardhan Rameshwar in the action scenes will not leave the mind. Then Amit Roy's cinematography will make you go wow. But the production values are next level. Screened without compromise anywhere.
